15+ years of demand and supply planning across consumer products, food manufacturing, retail, chemicals and life sciences, in the business and as a consultant.

Josh has held supply chain and planning roles at Campbell's, Walmart and Arkema, led demand and supply planning for a global diagnostics business across eight countries, built launch forecasts in oncology and cell therapy, and led six Aptean ERP implementations at food manufacturers. He works hands-on in Kinaxis, SAP, Aptean and Business Central.

He founded JSI Partners to give mid-market manufacturers that level of supply chain leadership without a full-time executive hire, and built BetterDemand so the improvements keep working after the engagement.
